At Hamson Farm, we believe that food should be honest, ethical, and deeply connected to the land it comes from. Founded by Dr Neil Hamson and Anna Hamson, our smallholding is built on a simple principle: to produce high-quality, organic food with care, integrity, and respect for nature.

Starting with just one acre, we are developing a sustainable farm that focuses on organic vegetables, free-range eggs, and responsibly raised poultry. Every crop we grow and every animal we raise reflects our commitment to natural methods, animal welfare, and long-term environmental stewardship.

We are not a large industrial farm, and we don’t aim to be. Instead, we focus on quality over quantity—growing fresh, seasonal produce and raising animals in a way that prioritises their wellbeing and the health of the land.

Hamson Farm is independently owned and operated by our family, but we invite others to be part of our journey. Through our membership, customers can support the farm's growth while enjoying access to our produce at reduced prices and with priority availability.

This approach allows us to grow sustainably, invest in better infrastructure, and expand responsibly—while offering our members real value and a direct connection to where their food comes from.

 

Looking Ahead

Our vision is to grow beyond our first acre into a thriving smallholding of up to 50 acres, expanding into a wider range of livestock and arable produce. Every step forward is guided by the same values we started with: transparency, sustainability, and a commitment to producing food the right way.
